Directions: Students will create a poster about a sport or activity. If the sudent does not turn in the work, it will affect his/her grade for the Marking Period.
The five different parts of the Poster:
1. The Name of the Sport or activity- Write the reason you chose the activity and include at least three pictures related to the sport.
2. The history of the sport. Include who invented it (if known). When and where it originated. Who participated in the sport, how has it changed throughout the years.
3. The rules of the sport. Are there any special requirements?
4. The objective of the sport, and how do you play it. How many people are involved? How do you win?
5. The equipment that is needed. Also include optional equipment.
